Q: Do I need to have a subscription to the Measurz app to use the Anker?

A: No, the Anker shows peak force on it, but you should and you get 12-months Measurz access (medium team plan) included for free.

Then, for less than one client session per year, you can record and save all your client data, track their progression over time, enhance client education and compare their results to our Measurz reference data. You can also perform 1000 other tests using our Measurz app and our other built-in tools that make assessments quick, simple and fun! Plus, you'll never have to write client notes again, saving hours in your week!

Q: Do I really get 12-months of Measurz (medium team plan) included with my Anker Purchase?

A: *Yes, each user account is limited to a single free trial or voucher code, regardless of how many qualifying products or courses are purchased. Once a voucher or free trial has been redeemed on your account for a free Measurz subscription, no further free access offers (including those bundled with MAT courses or MAT products) will apply.

Q: Am I locked into a contract with the Anker or Measurz app?

Q: Do I need to pay import taxes or duties on orders outside Australia?

A: If you’re ordering from outside Australia, your country may apply import duties, VAT, or customs fees. Your order is shipped "delivered at place (DAP)" and these aren’t included in your purchase or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local import requirements and responding promptly to courier requests to avoid delays or returns.
